Very spacious beds, a sofa and a lounge in the room. Great views onto a park all around. Very pleasant area, central location near cafes as well as the lake and the train station. Situated only 1 km from a fortified house.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is simply amazing, as it is right on the edge of the old town and only a few minutes from the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including the kitchenette, offer flexibility for guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the shower room being a standout feature. Additionally, the breakfast served in the lovely breakfast room is a delightful way to start the day.
All was more than satisfactory at this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at a central apartment hotel in Annecy. The location was perfect, just a short stroll to all the restaurants and attractions. Our apartment was modern and well-decorated, with all the facilities we needed for a self-catering stay. The bathroom and shower were also great. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic city break.
